| Brennan is a Master Certified
Coach (MCC), the credentialing designation offered by the International
Coach Federation (ICF) where Brennan served
as 2008 President of the organization. ICF is the professional
association for coaching with more than 15,000 members in
over 92 countries. The organization's purpose
is to advance the art, science and practice of professional
coaching.
A graduate of Coach
University, an internationally recognized program for
training coaches, Brennan also holds a certificate in Evidence
Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate
University, where she served as curriculum consultant
and training coordinator for the year-long coaching program
(2006 & 2007). During this process, she developed
curriculum and was responsible for the overall skills
development design, faculty training and development,
curriculum delivery, measurement and evaluation for the
program.
Brennan is co-editor and contributing author of the book,
"The
Philosophy and Practice of Coaching: Insights and Issues
for a New Era," Jossey-Bass, UK, (April 2008).
